Higgins,
Himmelberg and Piliponis, PLLC was established to be a full
service law firm for the general public. It has been divided
into four interwoven sections to help serve its clients more
efficiently and to capitalize on each lawyers strengths. The
four sections are Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation,
Real Estate Transactions and Family Law. The
three principal partners oversee these individual sections.
Jim
Higgins: Is the principal partner for the Serious Injury
and Wrongful Death Litigation section of the firm.. This section
handles workers compensation, medical malpractice, nursing
home abuse, automobile accidents, and premises liability cases.
Multiple lawyers and support staff assist Mr. Higgins who
has vast experience in trying significant injury cases. His
career began defending insurance companies but for the past
10 years has only represented the injured.
Don
Himmelberg: Is in charge of the criminal litigation division
of the firm. Mr. Himmelberg is a former Assistant District
Attorney. He represents persons accused of misdemeanor and
felony crimes. He practices in State and Federal Court.
Rick
Piliponis: Manages the firm's real estate practice and
title company, Music City Title and Escrow. He and his staff
handle residential and commercial real estate transactions
